North Carolina Cooperative Extension

The mission of the North Carolina Cooperative Extension Service is to provide an educational partnership helping people put research-based knowledge to work for economic prosperity, environmental stewardship and an improved quality of life. The Extension Service gives North Carolina residents easy access to the resources and expertise of NC State University and NC A&T State University. Through educational programs, publications, and events, Cooperative Extension field faculty deliver unbiased, research-based information to North Carolina citizens.

North Carolina Cooperative Extension is based at North Carolina's two land-grant institutions, NC State University and NC A&T State University, in all 100 counties and on the Cherokee Reservation. To learn more about North Carolina Cooperative Extension visit www.ces.ncsu.edu.
