Production Greenhouse
Inside the production greenhouse, plants are produced for many areas of the Arboretum including the Quilt Garden, Container Gardens, Seasonal Landscape Exhibits and sustainable landscape areas. The greenhouse also houses the tropical bonsai.
The 7200 square foot glass greenhouse utilizes technology such as
- Priva Environmental Control System
- Rolling benches
- Drip irrigation
- Walk in coolers
- Pad and fan cooling
The production greenhouse is open for visitation Monday-Friday, 8 am to 2 pm.
The facility is closed on weekends and state holidays.
