Completed North Carolina State Application (PD 107 and, if additional space is needed, use the continuation form, PD 107a)

Letter of application in which the minimum qualifications are addressed to demonstrate written communication skills, and

Two letters of reference.
It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that the application contains all required documents. Optional resume may also be submitted, but not in lieu of the N. C. State Application.
Transcripts are required upon employment if applicable and will be requested directly from the college/university by Human Resources. All transcript expenses will be the responsibility of the employee.
