The Baker Exhibit Center Lobby

This facility has a grand staircase separating the first and second floor, and is a beautiful location for your ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception. 

Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception times: 5:00-11:00 PM 

Set-Up Time: Starting at 3:00 PM for indoor space / 2:00 pm for outdoor space 

Clean-Up & Take Down: 11:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight (there will be a $150 fee charged for every 30 minute increment after midnight.) 

Dressing Rooms: Are located in the Baker Exhibit Center.

Catering Prep: in catering kitchen, first floor. 

Maximum # People: 150  / 150+ with cocktail seating

Electrical: Outlets available 110v 

Lights / Sound: Lights included.  Space for DJ or sound system and AV. 

Restrooms: Restrooms available on both floors
