This landscaped area serves as a beautiful space for your ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception. This site is adjacent to the Baker Exhibit Center.
Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception times: 5:00-11:00 PM
Set-Up Time: Starting at 3:00 PM for indoor space / 3:00 pm for outdoor space
Clean-Up & Take Down: 11:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight (there will be a $150 fee charged for every 30 minute increment after midnight.)
Dressing Rooms: Are located in the Baker Exhibit Center.
Catering Prep: in catering kitchen, first floor in Baker Exhibit Center.
Maximum # People: 150+
Electrical: Outlets available 110v
Lights / Sound: Lights - A portable PA system is required.
Restrooms: Restrooms available in the Baker Exhibit Center
Rain Location: In one of our facilities.
