Read About the Arboretum

Speaking of reading, the veranda is the perfect place to read, have a conversation or just sit and take in the view.  From here, you can enjoy garden views as well as scenic views of the Bent Creek Watershed.

Forget to bring your book? We have several books for sale in our gift shop, The Garden Trellis, that will help you enjoy and learn more about gardening, hiking, and other topics which are central to our mission -- to connect people with plants.
