Healthy balance is a skill that can be developed and maintained through practice, even in spite of age-related decline. In this 4-week series, learn simple, accessible yoga practices and functional movement exercises that strengthen both the neurological mechanisms and muscular support that keep us stable and well-coordinated. This series is suitable for participants of any age or mobility level. Seated and standing poses only, with the support of a chair as needed.
