This weekend immersion into mind-body practice will set us on a healthy path for the new year. Explore meditation, yoga, qigong, and mindfulness-based practices that release tension from the body, clear the mind, calm the nervous system, digest strong emotions, and generate greater compassion for ourselves and others. We honor the life of Martin Luther King Jr. by reflecting on the power of our mindfulness practice as a means to take action toward healing not only in ourselves but also in our relationships and in the world.
